She didn’t eat last night. She didn’t holler at me this morning for her morning meal. She merely took a trip to the litter box, vomited up some bile, then went back to her pillows by the heater grate. She’s very quiet this morning, and my heart is starting to break.
Sorry to read this because we’ve been there so often. One suggestion is that vets can help make a difficult decision easier. We always felt like we waited too long, but in each case, there were ups and downs that made it difficult to process toward a definitive diagnosis on our own.
As I said, sorry to hear and I sympathize with what you guys are going through.

Thank you. She’s still on the cushions. Hasn’t moved much except to change her position. Our vet told us a number of years ago that a dog can go off their feed for a few days and be okay, but not cats. So, this is not a good sign. It’s like she crashed overnight.
