Grace

Andrea and Andrew’s children participated in the big day. Here are a few shots of Grace getting ready before the ceremony.

In the stylist’s chair . . . I’m loving the booties.

A little bit a glam.

Some bling.

Slipping into her pretty dress.

Who could resist the urge to twirl?

Best Friends

In between packing and work, I’m making my way through Andrea and Andrew’s wedding photographs. Over the next few days I’ll be posting some of my favorites.

As noted in an earlier post, the day was cloudy, cold and windy and the rain held off only long enough for the ceremony. So rather than being able to do the formals in the park, we wound up doing them in Andrew’s parents’ backyard (when the rain cooperated).

Crunch Time

In case you all haven’t figured it out, the clock is ticking on our move.  Between work and the move, there isn’t much time for anything else. I hope to come up for air soon.  The dogs watch us as we haul boxes out of the house. The cats’ sleeping places in the closets are gone. And yet, they have no clue what changes are afoot.

Weirdness

Well, I have my daily digest back. Yay!  But now WordPress is not showing “likes” on my latest post (Andrea & Andrew) and yet, the little pop up at the bottom of my monitor has told me that a lot of you do like it.  Very odd.

Andrea & Andrew: Today’s the Day!

Andrea and Andrew will tie the knot today, rain or shine (and there is a 50% chance of rain).  A few shots from yesterday evening’s rehearsal.

Winning Woman

At the Reno Air Races, the winner of each race gets a ride in front of the grandstands in this vintage fire truck so that everyone can cheer and wave at them.   With so few women competing, it is always heartening to see one not only compete, but win.  This is Vicky Benzing.
