That’s how they came back in the day. These are pretty old Pyrex bowls. I’d venture to bet they are at least 50 years old. The red one is from the 40’s (based on the markings on the bottom of the bowl).
I grew up with the colorful Pyrex bowls… cooked in them, baked in them, used them for buckets, etc., etc., etc. Good composition, colors, lighting… love it.
You have the light just right….particularly the background, you could have had it a bland plain ground but the hint of shadows and shape add to the overall feel….well it works for me.
