Weekly Photo Challenge: Future Tense – Smile

This week’s photo challenge is “Future Tense.”

I was about three with my father snapped this photo of me and my two brothers. I have no idea who that usurper in the back is.  If you look closely you can see a little lift to the left side of my smile.

That little lift is still there.

Phoneography Challenge: My Neighborhood

This week’s challenge is to photograph our neighborhood. As you can see, there isn’t much neighborhood. Taken with my iPhone and processed with Snapseed.

Weekly Photo Challenge: Kiss

This week’s photo challenge.  There are all kinds of kisses . . .

There are the kisses of young love . . .

There are the kisses of a love that has stood the test of time . . .

Kitty kisses are tentative and filled with whisker tickles  . . .

Dog-to-dog kisses are often misconstrued by stupid humans . . .

Doggie to human kisses can be a bit messy . . .

Weekly Photo Challenge: Purple

Posting a flower would have been too obvious for this week’s photo challenge, so I searched through my files and found this shot from last March.

Weekly Photo Challenge – Summer

It used to be that summer to me meant beaches and barbecues. But since I’ve moved to northern Nevada, it never really feels like summer until I can put on my shorts and hiking boots, pack the dogs in the car, and head up to the trees.

Hiking through the woods at Spooner Lake. Good for the eyes, good for the psyche.
