It’s a workday

One is sleeping in my lap, one is sleeping on the floor. I imagine you can figure out who is doing what.

Soft window light

The bay window provides me with lovely light. Shot at 1600 ISO,  f/4 and 1/200s using my 40mm pancake lens

Nina was very interested in whatever was going on outside in the cul de sac.

Maya had to check on what I was doing. She looks kind of ticked off, but she wasn’t. I promise.

Jezebel chilled at the other end of the sofa.

Nina and the Grid

I bought a set of grids for my Einstein. Grids are used to restrict the spread of the light.  The other night I took the 10° grid for a ride.   I shot these in our family room. The light spread is so narrow you can’t see the furniture behind her.

Nina wasn’t really into the shoot, but I needed the practice.
