Sad day here. We’re fine, but the town isn’t. A brave teacher lost his life today in another senseless school shooting.

There’s nothing good about this. An excellent man is gone from a place that really needed him, a very young man is dead and two others seriously hurt. If he couldn’t have gotten his hands on that gun, it probably would never have happened. How sad.

Heard this on NPR today. Did not know it was so close to you. One of my clients was one of the victims of the Navy Yard shootings here in D.C. I attended his funeral and believe me it made me think how short life is. Enjoy it while you can and stay safe.
