The alignment of the steeple and road is a bit unfortunate . . . on the smaller photo it looks like a smudge . . . or perhaps a ghost. Otherwise, I like the photo.
But I don’t think it looks like a smudge – the photo isn’t THAT small. I just wish I had the the steeple more to the left so that the steeple stood out against the lighter color of the road.I thought you had a mondo-sized monitor?
Yes, but I’m not at home. And when I go to your blog, before I click on the photo, I don’t get a clear view of what it is. I actually looked at it for a bit trying to figure out what it was. In part that’s from how our eyes and brains work . . . we look for the familiar, and to categorize what isn’t familiar using what we have seen before. The idea of a road lined up such did not occur to me.
Of course, once you know what it is, now I see it instantly.
