The two of them

Another from my natural light session with the pups.  I just love how the light wraps around them. Our white ceiling helps to spread the light even more.

Buddy by window light

I don’t often get Buddy looking this happy. This is the only piece of furniture he is allowed on, and usually only when the protective blanket is on it. I made an exception for our photo session.

Little Birds

I took these photographs while looking out from our lanai in Hawaii.  The finches are a little hard to see. Can you find them?

There are four in this photo. . .

But not in this one . . .

Incoming!!  Looks like the fella on the left may have a contender for the lovely lady’s affections.

Oooh! Her head has been turned!

But not for long . . .

Someone new swoops in  . . .

Handsome!

Island Canary (aka Atlantic Canary)

Silhouetted bird . . .

Definitely not from the finch family . . .

Weekly Photo Challenge: Street Life

I wanted to get something “new” for this week’s challenge, but I just wasn’t able to get out and shoot. Perhaps this weekend I’ll get the chance. In the meantime, a couple from the archives.
