Sigma 35mm Art

Sorry all. Nina’s recovery from her surgeries* last Tuesday has been rougher than I would have liked, though she seems to have turned a corner this morning (hoping!), my self-portraits have been pushed to the back burner.
Here’s a weirdly distorted image of Jezebel and me. Although her meow makes her seem larger than she is, she’s really not bigger than me.

*Cherry eye repair; teeth: cleaned and a couple of extractions; nails; removal of a mass on her hind end (waiting for the biopsy results is killing me).
Honestly, this is just an excuse to post photos of my fur babies.
Nina and me…hanging in the guest bedroom . . .

As is usually the case, the other three eventually followed me in there.

Another one of Nina, for good measure
The bay window provides me with lovely light. Shot at 1600 ISO, f/4 and 1/200s using my 40mm pancake lens
Nina was very interested in whatever was going on outside in the cul de sac.
Maya had to check on what I was doing. She looks kind of ticked off, but she wasn’t. I promise.
Jezebel chilled at the other end of the sofa.
I love this fat psycho kitty.
