Grace

Andrea and Andrew’s children participated in the big day. Here are a few shots of Grace getting ready before the ceremony.

In the stylist’s chair . . . I’m loving the booties.

A little bit a glam.

Some bling.

Slipping into her pretty dress.

Who could resist the urge to twirl?

Best Friends

In between packing and work, I’m making my way through Andrea and Andrew’s wedding photographs. Over the next few days I’ll be posting some of my favorites.

As noted in an earlier post, the day was cloudy, cold and windy and the rain held off only long enough for the ceremony. So rather than being able to do the formals in the park, we wound up doing them in Andrew’s parents’ backyard (when the rain cooperated).

Birthday Girl

Months of planning and stealth IM’s and texts with Ryan, but we pulled it off.  She was completely surprised.

Family and friends came from far and wide.  Grandma came all the way from Hawaii.

Her aunt came from California.

Sweetie and I finally got to meet Ryan’s parents and one of his brothers and some of his nephews (there are more!).  As you can see, there is no family resemblance there whatsoever.

I put together a mushy, funny slide show.  How do you fit 30 years of love into one video?

Her best friend, who is living in Korea with her husband and daughter now, sent a video.

The happiest day of my life was the one she came into the world. Happy 30th, my dear sweet daughter!

Day 345 – Party Favors

Our company’s Holiday Party is this Friday night. As a member of the events committee, I’m part of the planning and logistics. Today I worked on sticking labels on 375 tiny boxes of candy. One will be placed at each guest’s place setting.  We are expecting 300 people to attend. The extras will go into Santa’s Workshop, a special room we set up every year for employees to wrap their holiday gifts for free.
